Educational Leadership (EDLE)

Develop the leadership skills needed to shape schools, systems, or campuses

The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership is a terminal degree program designed for experienced educators and administrators who aspire to drive meaningful change in schools, districts, or higher education institutions. With two concentration options — P–12 Educational Leadership and Higher Education Administration — the program prepares candidates to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Rooted in rigorous coursework, applied research, and hands-on leadership experiences, this program equips candidates to analyze complex challenges, implement strategic solutions, and influence educational policy and practice. Ideal for current school or district leaders, higher education professionals, and experienced practitioners, this degree fosters both scholarly insight and real-world application. Candidates benefit from close faculty mentorship, cohort support, and opportunities to engage in research that matters to their communities.
