Community Design Activism Center

Community design Activism Center (cdac)

The Community Design Activism Center envisions community outreach projects that give a tangible vision for the improvement of the built environment. CDAC works with nonprofit organizations, communities of all sizes, and community-based groups in the northern half of the state. The design work includes, but is not limited to: adaptive reuse, community service projects, design-build service projects, initial design and planning, master planning, prototyping, renovation, site analysis, and visioning documents. CDAC involves the efforts of architecture and interior design students and does not seek to provide or replace professional services of any kind.

The Community Design Activism Center is located on the third floor of Hale Hall.
