Billy Jack Talton Fitness Room

Located downstairs, the Billy Jack Talton Fitness Room is equipped with power racks; free weights; machine weights; and cardio equipment, including treadmills, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, and a stair climber.

Upstairs Fitness Area

The upstairs fitness area overlooks both the indoor and outdoor pools.
The area is equipped with lighter free weights, machine weights, and cardio equipment.

Aerobics Room

The aerobics room is used for our group exercise classes. This room can also be reserved for private use, please contact us at 318.257.4634.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments can be a valuable tool when setting goals for exercising. They set the base score and let you look back to see how much improvement you’ve made. Our Fitness Staff offers personal fitness assessments every day. These assessments include body fat percentage and girth measurements. We can even set you up with a basic work out routine to get started.

Lambright Sports & Wellness Center employs only the highest qualified personal trainers. All of our trainers have one or more national certifications and have exhibited superb knowledge of exercise science and physical fitness. Prices vary.
